About Sabio

Tucked into the foothills of theTramuntana Mountains, Pollenca represents everything that we love about Mallorca.

A compact unspoilt town, with its narrow streets and wonderful squares, it balances a traditional way of life with a lively arts and cultural scene, great bars and cafes and excellent gastronomy and wine making. It’s also just a few miles from the port with its magnificent sandy beaches, and a 45 minute drive from Palma airport.

We bought our town house, Sabio, in 2016. We liked its location, 5 minutes from the ‘Placa Major’ yet on a quiet street on the edge of town. It took us 2 years to reform, but we now have a lovely 4 double bedroom home with a nice big heated pool. Sabio also has 4 bathrooms, a large roof terrace with great views and it is fully air conditioned. A log burning fire makes for cozy winter evenings. Mallorca has its charms all year round!
